En el marco del Día de las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (MIPyMEs), la Conferencia de Naciones Unidas sobre Comercio y Desarrollo (UNCTAD), en conjunto con la Misión Permanente de Argentina en ONU, ICSB y UNIDO, desarrolló durante la mañana del 28 de junio un webinar para reflexionar sobre cómo garantizar una recuperación rápida, equitativa y sostenible de las MIPYMES, apoyada en la innovación, la creatividad y el trabajo decente.

El evento contó con fuerte participación de nuestro país, incluyendo a María del Carmen Squeff, representante de Argentina ante Naciones Unidas y Guillermo Merediz, secretario de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa y los Emprendedores del Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo de la Nación.

Además, Paula Itatí de la Vega Sánchez, empresaria sanjuanina ganadora de la 7º edición del Premio Empretec a las Mujeres Emprendedoras 2020, formó parte de un panel orientado a conversar sobre el apoyo a las MIPyMEs para construir una economía más resiliente, sostenible e inclusiva. El espacio incluyó voces de empresarios y empresarias que realizaron el Taller de Desarrollo del Comportamiento Emprendedor UNCTAD | Empretec alrededor del mundo.
